Black above the line, black below it, and the difference between the two is the finish alone: satin against a horizontal brush. No second colour is used to separate them.
Six numerals cross the dial in pale silver, large enough to read across a room and the strongest contrast on any dial in the 2000 series. The word Automatic is set in warm red and is the single point of colour on the watch.
The hands split the difference. Hour and minute in silver with a fine brushed finish, and a matt white second hand above them.
The case is polished steel, 42 mm. Below it, padded black leather that narrows towards the buckle, sealed with a black edge and run through with light grey thread, the one pale line under the dial.

Automatic movement
No battery. The watch is wound by the movement of your wrist and keeps running as long as you wear it. Every Aekvator uses a Miyota automatic calibre with 40 to 42 hours of reserve once you set it down.

Do you offer warranty on your products?
Your Jacob Jensen watch is covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase.
This warranty applies only to watches purchased from an authorised Jacob Jensen retailer and becomes valid when the accompanying warranty card has been dated and fully and correctly completed by the authorised retailer. Please retain the warranty card and original proof of purchase, as both may be required when making a warranty claim.
