Can I make changes to my order?
Need to update your order? Just reach out to us at info@jacobjensen.com within 24 hours of your purchase, and we'll be happy to help. After that window, we're unable to make changes.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be happy with your Jacob Jensen watch. If it's not quite right, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order. Read more on our returns page.
Do you offer warranty on your products?
Your Jacob Jensen watch is covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase.
This warranty applies only to watches purchased from an authorised Jacob Jensen retailer and becomes valid when the accompanying warranty card has been dated and fully and correctly completed by the authorised retailer. Please retain the warranty card and original proof of purchase, as both may be required when making a warranty claim.

This is not a description of our design work, though it could be. It is a description of the view from the rather remarkable house in Denmark where JACOB JENSEN® has been established for more than a quarter of a century. The view is so calm and clear that it continues to inspire to our designers around the world.
Located in the small village of Hejlskov, the House of Jacob Jensen was inaugurated to mark the fiftieth anniversary of JACOB JENSEN DESIGN in 2008.
House of Jacob Jensen accommodates the JACOB JENSEN DESIGN studio, the Design Collection and a showroom for JACOB JENSEN® products.
House of Jacob Jensen is the largest permanent collection of Jacob Jensen designs in the world. Smaller collections can be found in numerous design museums around the world, including Museum of Modern art in New York and Neue Sammlung in Munich.
JACOB JENSEN® creates products based on people’s needs and dreams. We dig deeper, work harder and aim higher to make products functional, intuitive, simple, beautiful and exciting, hence building an emotional relationship between the user, the product and the brand.
